Refund policy

E-MO Nails do not provide returns on ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrect orders’.

Before you purchase, please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and will be happy to help.

If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt), proof of damage (photo) must be provided.

We advise our customers to take care when opening all packages or orders received from E-MO Nails to ensure there is no leakage, spillage or damage to person belongings, household or other as a result of unpacking a delivery. E-MO Nails cannot be held responsible for any such subsequent damage caused as a result of receiving packages.
