1.General
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
To make a purchase just browse our store and add as much items as you wish to your basket. You'll be asked for registration, it'll only take a few minutes and some basic personal details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. E-MO Nails accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing equipment supplied by E-MO Nails.
E-MO Nails reserves the right to suspend accounts and cancel orders for a breach in any of the term and conditions listed here or for any reasons deemed necessary at the discretion of E-MO Nails without any prior notice.
2.Payment
We accept payments through Paypal or bank transfer. Paypal payments are made on a secure website provided by Paypal, we do not see your credit / debit card details. Please be informed that payments made by bank transfer may take up to 3-5 days to be visible on our account and products will not be posted until we make sure that the full payment has been received.
3.Shipping & Postage
Postage and Packing charges vary depending on the weight of the acquired goods and destination of those goods.
Items are normally shipped on the same day if ordered before 2pm. However, please allow 24/48 hours for dispatch. If you are usually not at home during the day, we would recommend that you have your items delivered to a work address to avoid potential delays/loss. Items ordered over a weekend/ bank holiday will be sent on the next available working day, unless the order is placed during a closed period, in which case you will be notified by e-mail.
Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice.
E-MO Nails cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes or loss which are wholly outside our control.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the time of your order for delivery within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Products will be delivered after full payment has been received.
There is free postage and packing on orders over the value of £150.00 net total. This offer applies only to online orders within the UK.
4.Orders
Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of terms and conditions. E-MO Nails undertakes to privacy policy.
5.Returns Policy / Product Warranty
E-MO Nails do not provide returns on ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrect orders’.
Before you purchase, please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and will be happy to help.
If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt), proof of damage (photo) must be provided.
We advise our customers to take care when opening all packages or orders received from E-MO Nails to ensure there is no leakage, spillage or damage to person belongings, household or other as a result of unpacking a delivery. E-MO Nails cannot be held responsible for any such subsequent damage caused as a result of receiving packages.

We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you. In order to serve you we need to gather certain information, such as name, address, phone number, email address. E-MO Nails does not sell or share any personal information you provide to us. 10.Limitation of Liability
In the event of any product sold on this site is unavailable or not in stock or it has been delayed for any reason E-MO Nails cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages direct or indirect.
11.Typographical Error
E-MO Nails is not responsible for printing or typographical errors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the website. As the actual colours you see depend on your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
